When you submit a follow-up request, we may store your name, email, company, country, message, selected regulation module, calculator inputs, route context, estimate result, report preview metadata, consent text, consent source, consent timestamp, and operational delivery status.
The platform may also process basic technical data needed for security, diagnostics, logging, backups, and page delivery.
How the information is used
Submitted data is used to prepare the requested compliance readiness follow-up, reconstruct the report context, manage the lead queue, export CRM-ready records, send admin-reviewed report emails when email delivery is configured, and improve platform reliability.
Calculator and report data is used as operational context only. It does not create an official compliance filing or a legal opinion.
Service providers
The platform is designed to support hosting, backups, email delivery through Resend, AI-assisted draft generation through OpenAI, and a future CRM provider. These providers should be configured only with production-approved accounts, domains, keys, and processing terms.
AI output is treated as draft support material and should be reviewed by a human before public or client-facing use.
Your choices
Follow-up requests require a consent checkbox. You can avoid submitting the form if you do not want your contact and scenario details stored for follow-up.
